Five siblings — Fares, Waseem, Razan, Aboud, and baby Malak — are struggling to survive in Gaza amid worsening conditions. After their mother was hospitalized following Malak’s birth, the older children cared for the newborn alone. Though their mother has returned, the family still lacks basic necessities like food, clean water, and income. An Israeli blockade has severely restricted aid for over nine weeks, causing malnutrition, especially among children, and crippling healthcare. Ongoing military operations also threaten to displace families from their homes.
